We make delicious, soulgood, vegan comfort food and we bake mouthwatering cakes. Our food is freshly made each day from high quality ingredients which are locally sourced, seasonal, and organic (wherever practicable). Our Philosophy:
SurplusWe do our best to treat everyone – our customers, suppliers, staff, even our bank manager – with honesty, openness, courtesy, and respect. As our mothers said, “treat others as you would wish to be treated”. All our packaging is biodegradable. Our cleaning products are eco-friendly, non-animal tested, and made in Ireland. We aim to donate 10% of our turnover to animal rights and welfare.
